Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred. Desktop and Network operating systems experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Linux, and Macintosh systems. Current or previous experience with the U.S. Courts performing in a similar capacity.
The final candidate will be required to satisfactorily complete a criminal background investigation. The Court requires employees to adhere to the Code of Conduct for Judicial Employees which is available at: https://www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/judiciary-policies/code-conduct/code-conduct-judicial-employees.
The final candidate must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to the first day of employment, present proof of vaccination or seek an exemption in writing to this requirement on the basis of a sincerely held religious belief or medical condition prior to their start date.
Direct deposit is required for employee salary compensation. Applicants must be United States citizens or eligible to work in the United States. The Court is a smoke free environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent. Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible relevant work experience with office automation systems. Experience should include user applications, terminology, and methodology. Working knowledge and experience using Windows desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 and higher.
Equivalent experience with the U.S. Courts, and the applications used in the operation of the Court, may be substituted for certain minimum qualifications.
The successful candidate must: be detailed-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills; be dependable and have the ability to work independently; be a problem solver who is results oriented; possess skill in providing excellent customer service and the ability to advise non-automation personnel in automation techniques and processes; hold themselves accountable to high professional standards of performance and conduct.
