The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative information and assistance to the Superintendent and staff, on the practical and technical aspects of office administration, to include budgeting, acquisition and property management, human resources, and other administrative support services (time and attendance, travel, meetings, etc.), and to perform staff support work in each of these areas.
Develops and implements new systems or administrative processes to meets office needs such as tracking systems, file maintenance, etc. Uses computers and appropriate software for data collection, analysis and collating. Prepares reports, forms and tabular material, maintains office files.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the grade level(s) of this announcement.
