Consolidates budgetary needs and develops related supporting documentation and assists in the development of the major program operating plan with fiscal year funding goals and objectives. Compiles data to formulate range forecasts for capital facilities funding needs and develops data on economic trends, assumptions and guidance provided by OMB, Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) program initiatives and submissions developed with the input of the division chiefs and Departmental executives nationwide.
