The Deputy Resident Country Director (DRCD) position resides in the Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America (EAPLA) division of MCC's Department of Compact Operations and reports to the Resident Country Director for Mongolia. The DRCD for Mongolia will be physically based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. As an official U.S. Government employee (USG), the RCD will be part of the USG country team and will collaborate closely with the U.S. Embassy in Mongolia.
