Open to US Citizens and Non-US Citizens of a NATO Country (except Germany) are eligible for employment under US conditions within the commuting area of Grafenwoehr. The surrounding/commuting area is within approximately 100 miles and includes the communities of Ansbach, Hohenfels, and Vilseck.
**Non-competitive promotion of the incumbent of this position may be effected after one year of satisfactory performance provided the target position guide is classifiable to its present title, pay plan, series, and pay band level at the time the incumbent is performing the full scope of the major duties under the proper level of supervision.
In order to qualify for the NF-03 Full Performance position applicants must possess:
Experience working in a professional office setting which required administrative and clerical skill in managing filing systems and maintaining documents, such as attendance records and official correspondence.Must possess experience demonstrating customer service and business communication skills.Must possess a demonstrated knowledge of correct grammar and composition techniques needed to accurately prepare written material from a variety of sources.Must possess demonstrated proficiency in using computers for various applications to include Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook).Experience entering and maintaining information into automated databases.At least 1 year experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NF-02.
