How to understand the required documents for a job announcement

The Required Documents section lists all of the documents you may need to include with your application to prove you’re eligible and qualified for the job. It’s very important you submit the right documentation; the hiring agency may disqualify you if you’re missing information.

However, some documents listed may not be required—it depends on your eligibility and qualifications. If you’re not sure, contact the hiring agency. The hiring agency contact information is located at the bottom of the job announcement.
