The Maryland National Guard has a proud 370 year-old tradition of serving the nation and the state during times of war and natural disasters. Since 9/11 we have deployed more than 4,600 soldiers and airmen to more than 30 countries in support of the Global War on Terror. Our organization consists of more than 7,000 dedicated citizen-soldiers and airmen committed to a common goal of serving the community.


Provides administrative oversight of the Quality Assurance (QA) Program. Independently conducts various reviews to assess organizational performance. Focal point for fraud prevention. Based on general supervisory guidance, reviews and coordinates, with management and affected supervisors, new or modified applications affecting automated systems. Gathers data, tracks discrepancies, prepares trend charts, and facilitates discussions with personnel at financial or QA meetings. Cross-feeds various reports and bulletins, on a routine basis, through various electronic communications such as, emails and websites throughout the Wing financial management community. Facilitates monthly QA meetings and prepares minutes. Based on study results, determines need for refresher and supplementary training. Preforms other duties as assigned.
