This position is being advertised at the Director Band level, equivalent to a GS-15. The salary range for this position is $148,484 - $176,300 includes Locality Pay. LEAP Pay authorized. Compensation includes 1811 LEAP coverage in primary position under law enforcement retirement.
Relocation expenses may be paid.

- Assist the Executive Special Agent in Charge (ESAC) in the management and direction of the Headquarter Operation Center.
- Oversee the planning, coordination and operations of the Investigative Operations Center, the group tasked with leading several programs, including policy, threat management, quality assurance reviews, evidence, case management, undercover operations, confidential funds, polygraph, the integrity testing unit, vehicles, asset forfeiture, training, results, and administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, reporting and other duties assigned.
- Ensure day to day operations are progressing toward planned goals and objectives, with particular attention to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Investigative Operations Center.
- Implement established goals and objectives; assesses measures that evaluate performance; and makes recommendations for program improvement.
