This position is located within the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, Office of Policy and Analysis, Evaluation Branch. This announcement is for one vacancy. This vacancy may be filled in either Washington, D.C. or Sterling, Virginia.
As the Lead Analyst for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) (Chief Risk Officer), you will be responsible for leading the Bureau's risk management and internal control capabilities, promoting a risk-aware culture, and advancing the implementation of effective risk management practices to help ensure that key risks to current and future mission success are appropriately managed.
At the full performance level (GS-14) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
