The incumbent functions as a Senior Program Manager and manages the day-to-day functional requirements, impact and level of efforts for all government-wide award systems managed by IAE.

Applicants must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions and specialized experience as described below.
Time in grade: Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet the time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of federal service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. For example, to be considered for a GS-14, current federal employees must have worked for 52 weeks as a GS-13.
Specialized Experience: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience should reflect responsibility for program oversight, which included planning, directing, and managing responsibilities for programs such as project management, contracting, architectural and engineering programs and services specifically related to directly supporting the Integrated Award Environment’s portfolio of award systems (two (2) or more of the following: SAM, FBO, eSRS, FSRS, CFDA, FPDS, WDOL, CPARS, PPIRS, and/or FAPIIS).
