    Responsibilities

    This position applies statistical and quantitative theories, techniques, and methods to support the accomplishment of IBPS goals and evaluates the success of the organizations programs. If this challenge excites you, then we want to hear from you! As a Statistician, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

    • Planning, designing, and conducting evaluation, quality measurement, and statistical analysis of the international programs.
    • Studying the role of intellectual property rights in the domestic and global economy and performing program evaluation collections and analysis.
    • Determining statistical sampling procedures, developing data collection methods, and analyzing data through the use of valid statistical techniques.
    • Developing statistical models, performing analyses, identifying trends and fluctuations, analyzing findings, evaluating statistical limitations of data, and specifying the range of results to provide basis for management planning, budgeting, and resource decisions.
    • Providing statistical support for the patents survey program by developing questionnaire/instrument design.
    • Presenting findings and recommendations to management. 
    • Developing databases, queries, and other tools needed to gather necessary data to evaluate program success. 
    • Serving as consultant and advisor on quantitative analysis.
