The General Counsel has overall responsibility for the Agency's legal program including: serving as legal and policy advisor to the Director, as member of the Agency's executive leadership team, managing the Office of General Counsel, providing professional direction to legal staff, acting as the final legal authority on Agency matters, and representing the Agency in various forums with other federal agencies, Congress, international organizations, foreign governments, and business community.

Telework Suitability:
The duties of this position are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework on a situational or regular/recurring basis with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act as well as agency policy.
Stipulations of Employment:
