    This position is located in the Office of the Administrator for the Economic Research Service (ERS) in Kansas City, MO.

    In this position, you will formulate, recommend, coordinate, implement, administer, and monitor a comprehensive Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Civil Rights (CR) program that includes Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Employment, Workforce Diversity, and accessibility and non-discrimination in program delivery for offices regardless of location.

    • Development, implementation, and evaluation of a Mission Area EEO/CR program designed to facilitate the overall REE mission.
    • Develops and coordinates the implementation of the Agency's multi-year Afffirmative Employment Program (AEP) Plan in compliance with Federal and Departmental requirements and guidelines.
    • Analyzes management practices, organizational structures, employment patterns, and the lines of progression to determine their impact on Equal Employment Opportunity.
    • Advises managers regarding recruitment strategies, policies, procedures and practices to increase the opportunities for the employment and advancement of women, minorities, and people with disabilities.
