    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning, scoping, negotiating, and preparing documents for architectural and engineering contract services required in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and design analyses by architect-engineer (A-E) firms.
    • Works with project managers (PM) and customers to clarify requirements and develop statements of work.
    • Participates in A-E selection process and works with PM, Cost, and Contracting for RFP development.
    • Evaluates and negotiates A-E proposals, develops POMs and PNMs for A-E contract awards.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position up to 15% of the time.
