    About the Position: Serve as a senior Project Manager in one of the Regulatory sections, with responsibility for administering and enforcing the Program requirements within the San Francisco District.

    • Administer and evaluate permits, including pre-application consultation, evaluating applications, and monitoring permit compliance.
    • Participate in interagency meetings such as with a State Agency, or others with long range planning needs
    • Analyze the full range of Public Interest Review (PIR) factors outlined in 33 CFR 320.4, and any other factors which affect the decision to issue or deny permits and recommendations as to whether public hearings should be conducted
    • Develop and determine appropriate enforcement actions, including estimating the possible response and outcome.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Occasional travel up to 20% may be required for site visits, conferences, or training
