Workforce Development Specialist; GS-0142-12:
Develops comprehensive knowledge of ETA programs and applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and ETA standard operating procedures.
Performs analyses of grant-related data, policy and program issues, and applies problem solving techniques to address issues.
Engages in on-going communication with grantees in order to identify and resolve issues.
Works collaboratively with administrative, program and performance offices that play a role in the administration of ETA grants.
Assists in the development of policy guidance and technical assistance resources for ETA grantees and workforce system stakeholders.
Acts as a principal point of contact (liaison) between the Government and ETA grantees.
