    • Provides senior-level leadership for BLM New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas on policy and budget oversight
    • Responsible for implementation of a variety of natural resource programs through a staff of about 60 positions including four subordinate supervisors.
    • Provides oversight of programs in cadastral survey, rights-of-way, land tenure, range/wildlife management, threatened/endangered species, plant conservation, water resources, air quality, recreation, wilderness, land use planning, NEPA compliance.
    • Advises the State Director and District Managers, and ensures good coordination with the BLM Headquarters Office and other divisions of the New Mexico State Office
