The primary purpose of this position is to conduct outlook and research programs related to oil crops that deal with current and emerging issues and problems.
- Provide leadership for outlook and research projects.
- Develop and carry out outlook and research programs focused on the organization and performance of U.S. food systems as related to oil crops.
- Responsible for maintaining current intelligence on important issues related to the industry.
- Responsible for developing a market outlook and analysis program for oil crops and formulate research plans that support this outlook activity.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
