- Handles the most technically difficult and complex appraisal issues which involve controversies or have high visibility.
- Resolves conflicts or disparities between values or the methods for determining values.
- Provides review of appraisals by other appraisers across the region up to the designated delegation level.
- Develops new policy guidance for the region.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
