    About the Position: Incumbent serves as either a senior Appraiser, responsible for performing the most complex appraisal assignments, and for assisting other regional appraisal staff with appraisal problems that may be beyond their local capabilities.

    • Handles the most technically difficult and complex appraisal issues which involve controversies or have high visibility.
    • Resolves conflicts or disparities between values or the methods for determining values.
    • Provides review of appraisals by other appraisers across the region up to the designated delegation level.
    • Develops new policy guidance for the region.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
