As a Research Physical Scientist, you will perform the following duties:
- Conduct research on atmospheric chemistry and air quality using Earth system models;
- Design and conduct Earth system model simulations and participate in research and development projects that will enable enhancements within the Earth system model; and
- Collaborate on various Earth system modeling research projects and publish papers related to research findings.
These duties are described at the full performance level of the ZP-4; the ZP-3 is developmental leading to such performance.
Occasional travel - Up to 10% of domestic and foreign travel may be required for this position.
