Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Some work may require walking and standing in conjunction with travel and to

- Distributes work and tracks progress of work assignments
- Facilitates and coordinates team projects
- Evaluates and monitors resource allocations
- Leads technical support staff in providing customer service
- Compiles incident and event data and prepares reports
Occasional travel - Travel required up to 5% of the time.
