    About the position:
    This position will be assigned to the Resource Management Flight.

    Responsibilities

    Under the lead of a full performance specialist, performs highly structured, entry-level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skills needed to perform higher-level assignments. Assignments include, delivery of Information Technology customer support services, including system hardware/software installations, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements. Communicates factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing. Gathers and analyzes basic facts and draws conclusions. Uses established industry practices, procedures or policies to determine the most appropriate approach to problem resolution. Applies information security/information assurance policy, principles and practices. Will be responsible for PCI compliance on POS systems as well as Trouble shooting Veriphone credit card machines. Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing. Ability to perform Data storage, software applications and networking. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
