    In this position, you will serve as Human Resources Specialist. Typical work assignments include:

    • Advising management on recruitment strategies, sources and special programs designed to support mission goals and maintain necessary staffing levels.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations as it relates to delegated examining, merit promotion procedures, category rating, etc. in the recruitment arena.
    • Providing staff advisory services to senior leadership, CISA staff, supervisors and managers throughout CISA on human resources management problems and issues.
    • Using USA Staffing and other automated personnel systems for the purpose of referring applicants for federal employment opportunities.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 5 nights per month for this position.
