The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first level supervisory and managerial authorities over the In-Residence Program Branch in the Professional Development Division. The In-Residence Program Branch plans, develops, and directs advisory and support services for in-residence Professional Development Programs.
- Plans, organizes, and oversees activities of the Deterrence and Assurance Center of Excellence In-Residence Program, ensuring in-residence Professional Development Education complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Represents the Professional Development Division and In-Residence Program Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- Serves as a consultant and MAJCOM/USSTRA TCOM level technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials responsible for broad program operations.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
