    As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, your duties will include the following:

    • Supervising a group of employees performing work at the GS-14/FS-2 level and below, including providing administrative and technical leadership necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit. 

    • Performing human resource management through evaluating performance, hiring, promoting, rewarding, training, disciplining, and mentoring.

    • Provides overall leadership and management of the assigned unit to ensure individual and collective performance, professional development, and morale, as well as cross-cutting operational issues.
    • Serving as an expert for studies or projects of a broad scope involving national or agency-wide programs with significant, complex, or precedent setting issues.

    • Utilizing advanced analytical techniques and understands agency functions.

    • Designing activities that inform the development of technical policies, guidance, and tools, and provide insight and evidence to improve programming as well as build and synthesize evidence across multiple countries, regions, sectors, and programs to assess and influence the overall mission.

    • Planning, establishing, and directing programs implementing administrative control systems for assigned areas of responsibility.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel may vary depending on the needs of each individual bureau or office, but will not exceed 25% of the incumbent's time.
