    Responsibilities

    • You will perform design engineering functions for Military Sealift Command.
    • You will review contractor plans and specifications for technical adequacy and to determine compliance with U.S. Coast Guard, American Bureau of shipping rules and regulations and other requirements.
    • You will make survey and inspection trips to ships before and during alteration and repairs.
    • You will exchange technical information.
