    The incumbent is responsible for conducting institutional research and reporting data for institutional and instructional effectiveness, institutional planning, program review and outcomes assessments, best practices, and serves as a key contributor to the accreditation process and meeting reporting requirements.

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the institutional research and data analyst expert on internal and external reporting and data analysis. The person in this position will be responsible for creating, designing, interpreting, synthesizing, and reporting on emerging requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to, creating high-quality, actionable data and information that meets the decision-maker's needs, developing and defining data collection strategy for reporting educational programs, and advising on best practices in the collection of data for programmatic and student outcomes. The incumbent will produce the AU/Factbook, dashboard reports/documents, data visualizations, academic affairs annual report, faculty, production reports, DAF reports, graduation reports, and other pertinent reports monthly and yearly basis. Additionally, assess institutional and instructional effectiveness via feedback through written evaluations and ascertain the extent to which programs meet desired objectives. The incumbent will provide strategic and expert consultation to the Chief Academic Officer, Chief of Academic Affairs, and senior leaders on data management, analysis, and interpretation and recommend changes to improve data quality and integrity.
