The IT Specialist position supports IT Policy and Planning, Acquisition Planning, IT Integrated Management Processes, including, but not limited to, IT project milestone review, post-implementation and specialist interest review, project management training and certification programs, and coordinating organizational oversight within the OIT, Office of Strategic Sourcing (SS). Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical demands will be required.
- Develop IT policies, plans and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead market research efforts in support of customer IT requirements.
- Designs or conducts analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research.
- Collect, research and analyze data and make recommendations based on complex analysis.
- Prepare and provide briefings to senior leadership.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
