Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Some work may require walking and standing in conjunction with travel and to attendance at meetings and conferences away from the worksite. Incumbent may carry light items, such as papers, books, or small parts, or drive a motor vehicle. The work does not require any special physical effort.
- Manages the IT infrastructure needed to support software code in dedicated, mulit-tenant or hybrid Cloud environments.
- Ensures respective business, application, data and technology perspectives align with OIT technology and governance strategies, policies and standards.
- Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other measurement thresholds including adherence to Service Level targets for Product Lines and the related products within.
- Represents the product on High Priority (HPI) and Critical Priority (CPI) incident calls.
- Leads/Participates on Agile scrum teams or integrated project teams (IPTs).
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel occasionally for this position.
