    This position is located in the Health Benefits, Memorial, Corporate (HBMC) organization, Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) serving as an Senior IT Specialist responsible for the full range of duties associated with one or more IT specialty areas required to support: FIELD DEVELOPMENT.

    Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary, but may involve intermediate periods of walking, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, moving (up to 50 pounds) computer components and supplies, reaching, pulling, and working at a keyboard and monitor. Subject to call back outside tour of duty.

    Major Duties:

    • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance in accordance with approved system application support policies and change control policies in the district.
    • Create and maintain documentation on support of system applications.
    • Provide reporting on current system application patch levels and requirements to the Division Chief, Service Line Manager or CTO.
    • Creates and maintains documentation on IT systems and infrastructure to include configuration standards, as-built diagrams and historical and trending information.
