About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Rec Lodging/Fam Camp with Outdoor Recreation on Ellsworth AFB.
Aids Outdoor Recreation Manager in developing work force management principles, recruitment and staff training requirements. Enforces policies and procedures for all assigned employees located in geographically separated facilities.
Responsible for management, administration and fiscal responsibility of Recreation Lodging Facility and Family Campground area.
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates programs and activities in direct support of FamCamp RV Area and Recreation Lodging facility.
Develops and evaluates short and long range strategic plans/goals.
Responsible for on-site management, administration, technical and professional direction of facilities.
Answers telephones, takes reservations, and administers automated reservation system.
Ensures facilities and equipment are adequate, repaired and maintained.
