    This position is located in the Department of Health And Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia.

    These positions are in the Excepted Service.

    **Students graduating in the Summer 2021 Term and are not enrolled for a new degree seeking Program, or Certificate Program after graduation and/or not enrolled to attend the Fall 2021 Term will be rated ineligible for this position.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    As a Student Trainee (Public Health Analyst), you will use your knowledge of and experience with The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology to optimize business results and customer experience by:

    During the Internship, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

    • Assisting with quantitative and qualitative analysis of public health programs and topics.
    • Assisting with conducting evaluations of public health programs.
    • Assisting with the preparation of findings of evaluations and analysis of public health programs and topics.
    • Preparing talking points, briefing materials, reports, and presentation on finds of research and analysis.
