    Organizes, directs, and oversees the daily operations of the bingo program at the Yokota Enlisted Club. Plans, organizes, promotes, schedules and implements the bingo program IAW AF, PACAF, Yokota, and other instructions/polices. Special emphasis is on imaginative and entertaining bingo programs for authorized users. Interprets rules and procedures for program participants, "calls" games, and enforces rules. Sells and issues bingo cards, collects and accounts for sales. Develops and adjusts program budgets. Arranges supplies and ensures facilities are set up/taken down for each session; to included cash register, consoles and flash boards, lights, TV, microphone, and sound systems. Tests equipment prior to each session, reporting and documents discrepancies. Programs and calibrates computerized equipment for current and new games. Recommends new and alternative bingo programs. Verifies and controls bingo cards and booklets issued against control sheets. Maintains logs. Conducts inventory and maintains adequate stock. Verify eligibility of players and winners and records information. Trains personnel in cash handling, cash register operations, and on regulations and proper techniques to operation a successful program. Full range of supervisory duties. Submits requests personnel actions to fill vacancies and requests for promotion, separation, reassignments, awards and other personnel requirements. Interviews and selects job applicants. Observes and evaluates employee performance. Counsels employees on job performance, initiates disciplinary and/or performance actions as required. Listens and resolves complaints. Maintains personnel time and attendance records ensuring compliance within guidance. Approves and/or disapproves leave. Communicates managements policies and goals. Plans, assigns, directs, and reviews work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusts priorities and schedules for completion of work. Coordinates work operations and determines materials, equipment, and facilities required. Solves problems which arise during shift. Evaluates program and makes judgment on what meets and does not meet program expectations. Develops marketing proposals for promoting strategies and merchandising. Collects fees and protects funds. Reviews cash deposits and document reports and resolves out-of-balance accounts or reports. Decorates facility and displays areas to reflect holiday and program themes. Performs other duties as required.
