The supervisor is Leah Kube.  This position is in the Bargaining Unit. This position is located in Rockville, Maryland.  Travel expenses associated with the interview will not be paid.     As a Senior IT Specialist (Project Manager), you will analyze, plan, direct, manage, coordinate, review, monitor, test and be responsible for the Strategic Acquisition System (STAQS) and NRC Enterprise Acquisition Tool (NEAT) operations and maintenance. You will serve as an authoritative expert and consultant for assessing project and program requirements in support of STAQS changes, development, and testing to include the STAQS interface with the NRC's Financial Accounting and Integrated Management Information System (FAIMIS).

    You will also recommend or determine scope and level of effort to be undertaken in relation to STAQS upgrades, releases, and patches, including interfaces. You will also support the STAQS/NEAT Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in all Cybersecurity deliverables. Additionally, you will perform contract oversight for Interagency Agreements and commercial contracts, and serve as a Contract Officer Representative (COR) for several contracts. You will support the budget planning and execution for STAQS and NEAT in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and the Program Management, Announcements and Editing (PMAE) within ADM.
