This is a bargaining unit position. The first 50 qualified and eligible candidates who applied will be considered for referral to the selecting official. Additional candidates will be referred based on hiring needs.

Physical Requirements: The work area is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated. The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions.
This position involves a multi-grade career ladder. The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-12. At the GS-11 grade level, you will perform assignments of a more limited scope and with less independence. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of GS-12. Promotion is at the discretion of the supervisor and is contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of higher level work, and availability of funds. Promotion is not guaranteed and no promise of promotion is implied.
Major Duties:- Resolves problems and conflicts with vendors/manufactures when procured items do not meet with prescribed specifications.
- Identifies IT improvements and ways to provide greater effectiveness and economy of services.
- Consults with and advises staff members in order to develop integrated problem resolution plans.
- Interprets and explains IT/customer support regulations, policies and directives.
