The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is seeking energetic, highly-motivated students to fill several summer internship positions.

Responsibilities
*****Due to COVID 19, this internship will begin remotely. However, there is a possibility that employees and interns may be required to return to the Washington DC area.

FHFA is dedicated to hiring a diverse and capable workforce. We are looking for interns pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Public Administration, Government, International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Communications or other related fields.

This is a temporary appointment intended for the summer session not to exceed August 31, 2021, but may be extended without further competition. Salary will be based on educational level.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet ALL of the following general qualification requirements listed below in order to receive consideration for an intern position.

Grade 04:
- Current students at least 16 years of age.
- Completed 2 academic years of post-high school study or associate' degree. Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Public Administration, Government, International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Communications or other related fields.
- Maintained a 2.5 overall grade point average or higher (on a 4 point scale).

Education

Education is the only thing that will qualify you for these positions. You must have completed 2 years of post-high school education or Associate's degree by the beginning of your summer internship, and must attending school in the fall.

If you are graduating in the Spring, in order to be eligible, you must submit proof that you will be attending school in the Fall.
