The first area of consideration will be current permanent VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics employees, second area of consideration will be all other current permanent VA employees from other facilities, third area will be all other current permanent federal employees, and the last area of consideration will be Veterans/US Citizens.
The Senior Licensed Professional Counselor works within the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) PTSD Specialist provides psychotherapy services to the Veteran population, including but not limited to, group and individual psychotherapy using evidence-based practices. The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor is expected to attend training (when travel is provided by VISN/VACO), complete the certification requirements for both Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and Cognitive Process Therapy (CPT), and deliver these therapies as part of the standard work for this position.
