This position serves as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA) reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer on all organizational Information Security and Risk Management issues. The OCIO supports over 13,000 users, 40,000 plus endpoints, three Core Enterprise Facilities, one Enterprise Data Center, two commercial cloud providers and 250 work sites within the 94 United States Attorneys Offices (USAOs). Some of your duties will include:
-Provide Information Security and Risk Management leadership, guidance, and support services ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability and privacy of the EOUSA and USAOs information technology infrastructure and data.
-Serve as the principal Information Security and Risk Management advisor for all organizational Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and IT staff.
-Oversee the organizational risk management posture ensuring all information systems storing, processing, distributing USA data are Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and Federal Risk & Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant.
-Serve as the primary liaison between the Authorization Official/Certification Officials and the System Owner, FedRAMP PMO, Third Party Assessment Official(s) (3PAOs), DOJ Cybersecurity Staff, the Commercial Vendor, EOUSA and the U.S. Attorneys community.
-Lead the implementation of security programs designed to continuously assess and minimize system vulnerabilities and configuration deviations across the IT enterprise.
-Oversee, assess and ensure compliance with enterprise secure configuration requirements in accordance with the Departments' Secure Configuration Management Plan.
-Provide customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training in response to user requirements.
-Perform IT planning and policy activities focusing on USAO needs and requirements.
