Summary

Serves as the Computer Aided Engineering Graphics(CAEG)/Drafting Coordinator.
Due to the Pandemic, and individual states with different phases of reopening, the selectee's
report date to the official duty station/facility may be delayed until such time as employees are
allowed to report to the workplace. The person selected may telework up to the maximum extent
possible, up to and including full time, until it is safe to relocate.

Responsibilities

The CAEG/Drafting Coordinator in a Technical Operations Engineering Services, Engineering Support Center provides a full rang of drafting/CAEG support services to the organization. Works closely with Center Managers in providing drafting advice and assistance to engineering personnel. Ensures Joint Acceptance Inspection(JAI) drafting exceptions are cleared in a timely manner. Uses Corporate Work Plan(CWP) tools to prioritize drafting and ensures all drafting jobs are done on time. Point of Contact(POC) for contract Technical Support Services Contract(TSSC) drafters. Responsible for drawing database-data updates and accuracy. Responsible for developing and maintaining regional drafting processes. Maintains a broad understanding of organization activities and responsibilities to support multiple programs and/or functional team.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in you application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G, FG/GS-11 level. Specialized experience in analyzing databases and/or procedures; creating and maintaining databases; identifying problems and offering solutions.

Education

There is no educational requirement for this position at the FV-H level.
