As a Program Management Specialist, the incumbent would preform the following duties:
- Ensures that SITES’ strategic plan, mission, vision and values are integrated into exhibition development strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Serving as Program Manager, maintains exhibit program roadmap and leads subject matter expert advisory group for assigned exhibit program (art, history or science).
- Communicates to exhibit program team, the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review and deadlines and timeframes for completion.
- Prepares reports and maintains records of work accomplishments and administrative information as required, and coordinates the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
Occasional travel - Travel is required, both for nationally and internationally.
