    • Develop detailed cost estimates from construction contractors viewpoint requiring a careful analysis and comprehensive evaluation of numerous factors under differing and complicating circumstances.
    • Prepare initial estimates for use in developing conceptual proposals, planning alternatives, preliminary designs, additive bid items, modifications, claims, negotiations, awards, terminations, 8(a) unique contract actions, etc.
    • Make field trips for site investigations and project studies, recommends cost effective changes to features of work.
    • Provide cost information assistance to Construction Division in change order negotiations with contractor and may act as an expert in cost estimating for Office of Counsel in court.

    25% or less - Business Travel up to 20%
