    Responsibilities

    You will: 

    -Lead the branch in the performance of risk assessments and characterizations;

    -Serve as a senior scientific/technical/policy advisor for the Agency; advise senior management on hazard, risk assessment, characterization and/or exposure issues;

    -Serve on inter-program and inter-agency work groups and represent the Program's positions on risk assessment, exposure and/or fate issues;

    -Represent the agency on exposure, hazard and risk assessment methodology, and tools and model development and use;

    - Serve as Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) on grants, interagency agreements (IAG), and contracts to develop materials, sponsor workshops, and conduct trainings, analyses and evaluations of program objectives.

    You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or inter-agency agreements.
