    Summary

    This position is located in the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations; Office of Communications, Policy and Partnerships (CSO/CPP). The incumbent functions as a key senior level advisor to the Director on a wide spectrum of activities including all matters pertaining to communications and liaison activities.

    • Initiates, designs, and develops public affairs strategies and programs.
    • Develops and executes events, speaking engagements, social media contact and briefings.
    • Serves as a senior level advisor to the Director on all matters pertaining to communications and liaison activities.
    • Provides direct responses or recommendations on sensitive communication and public affairs matters relating to media inquiries.
