BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled.
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

Specialized Experience:
- Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Professional knowledge and mastery of a broad range of IT systems analysis and applications software concepts, functions, techniques, and capabilities sufficient to evaluate new and emerging IT security methods and principles, the feasibility of proposed new systems and applications software projects; and to design, write, test, debug and maintain information systems and applications software and ensure successful integration with existing and anticipated infrastructure in the database environment. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of the highly technical aspects of information management systems; DoD or USCYBERCOM
cyberspace operations community enterprise architecture goals; federal enterprise architecture (FEA); Office of
the Secretary of Defense (OSD), business enterprise architecture (BEA); department of defense architecture
framework (DoDAF); total open group architecture framework (TOGAF) or other similar architecture
frameworks; and knowledge of management principles.
2. Skill in IT architecture analysis and definition of architectural standards for a large, multi-function C5
infrastructure, and ability to provide technical direction and leadership for the continuing refinement of an
enterprise architecture (EA) program.
3. Knowledge of USCYBERCOM cyberspace operations functional roles and responsibilities of DoD, the
Intelligence Community (IC), and other program participants, and ability to leverage this knowledge to lead
collaborative action and measurable results.
4. Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical methods commonly employed by the DoD and IC to
define/document IS enterprise architectures, and make use of such artifacts to guide the C5 system
design/acquisition process.
5. Ability to apply analytical and planning methods to define/document/justify/execute short- to long-range
strategic plans for a comprehensive IS enterprise architecture and corporate operations applications. Included
are statistical analysis, business process analysis, process improvement and change management.
6. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization.
7. Skill in leading subject matter expert (SME) teams and to personally provide technical expertise for other
architecture and IT SMEs in continuing and related efforts to define, gain partners' endorsement of, and assures
consistent implementation of enterprise-level architectural and engineering standards.
POSITION
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
