    The primary purpose of this position is: Serve as a Division Chief and supervisor, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over both supervisory and nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) Division (J94) of the Capabilities Development Directorate (J9).

    Responsibilities

    • Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Strategic Planning Responsible for advising the USCYBERCOM CIO/DCIO, J9 Director and other Command staff elements on the EA and relationship to cyberspace operations.
    • Systems Engineering Performs and leads subordinates in performing Systems Engineering (SE) duties, such as reviewing and evaluating solicitations, proposals and system designs to ensure that all information systems are in compliance with the USCYBER
    • 3. Technical Staff Coordination Lead USCYBERCOM enterprise architecture working groups and participates in the Command?s requirements and technical review boards and work groups and provides technical EA support to CIO/DCIO governance and oversight
    • 4. Supervisory and Organization Management, Organization Development, Tasking and Direction, Program Integration, Performance Appraisal, Personnel Management/Recruiting, Discipline and Grievances, Training AND EEO.
