This position is responsible for applying human resources management methods, principles, policies, concepts, practices and analytical techniques related to recruitment and placement under the direction and guidance of the Recruitment and Placement Supervisor, Human Resources Management Division (HRD) .
- Administers internal and external, permanent and temporary hiring for Federal and Non-federal positions.
- Administers the delegated examining authority for Federal positions.
- Performs job analysis and assessment tool development for classified positions
