This position is located in the Office of the Executive Director (OED), Chief Information Office (CIO), Data Governance Division, Information Collection Branch. The Information Collection Program is responsible for ensuring that all Commission Information Collection activities adhere to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), White House and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, directives, and guidance, Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA), Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA), Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA), Congressional Review Act (CRA), and other legislation, regulations, and guidance. The Information Collection Branch provides technical assistance, guidance, and advice to Commission managers and staff and develops Commission policies and procedures. The Information Collection Branch serves as an official point for public and staff access to the Commission’s information collections, and for a broad range of information, reports and reference guides pertaining to the Commission’s regulatory responsibilities. The incumbent serves as a Policy Data Analyst and performs analyses and studies of the Commission’s information collection program and assists Commission staff and the public in obtaining public information concerning the full range of regulatory matters within the purview of the Commission.
Major Duties for the Policy Data Analyst:

Duties, responsibilities and qualification requirements vary in complexity among grade levels as noted below:
