    This position will serve as a National Park Service dispatcher, based out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The incumbent will provide 24/7 emergency police, fire, and EMS services by answering emergency phone calls, radio calls, or GPS tracking device requests for assistance and dispatch appropriate personnel and equipment. The incumbent is also expected to use NCIC and other law enforcement databases, and records management systems. Other duties include: records management, general public assistance, assistance to other park offices and partners and projects as assigned in support of the Visitor and Resource Protection Division.
