    Responsibilities

    As a GS 14 Supervisory Contractor Industrial Relations Specialist, you will:

    - Serve as a senior Labor Standards Officer (LSO) responsible for directing, managing, monitoring and evaluating the work of staff.
    - Act as the principal advisor to National Director, DBLS on all Labor Standards matters.
    - Ensure contractor compliance with the labor provisions of applicable laws.
    - Promote harmonious Labor Standards to protect HUD's interests.




    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - 1 to 5 nights per month
