Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing or leading a diverse group of scientist and engineers; (2) Planning or coordinating acquisition programs of record efforts or product improvement programs; (3) Experience managing Radiological and Nuclear (RadNuc) defense programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DB-02/GS-11).
