Serves as a working supervisor providing unit supervision of Environmental Management Staff at any of the divisions/campuses and/or facilities. Provides supervision to a Housekeeping Aid Work Leader, several Housekeeping Aids and CWT workers adjusting assignments to ensure smooth work flow, meeting daily/shift goals and objectives, checking work production, performing written quality assurance checklists, inspections and communicating tasks/projects to employees.
Coordinates production work, issues tasks, duties and assignments, taking daily attendance, timekeeping, issuing keys and overseeing key stewardship/key security control.
Provides contract officer representative (COR) with assistance with tasks such as checking contractor work assignments, signing manifests, signing certifications, collection of invoices and work permits from contractors, hand delivers/sends emails documentation to the COR.
Provides feedback to employees, inspects and maintains standards designed by the service line related to housekeeping closets and carts, prepares documentation, attend meetings, participated in independent project teams, participates in market research, assists with position descriptions, reviews performance, develops performance standards, and works with HR on progressive discipline and time and leave.
Acquires/delivers housekeeping tools such as mops, carts, commode mops, scrapers, cleaning cloths, tissue paper, paper towels, soap. Acquires and delivers vacuums, mop buckets, and scrubbers.
Work Schedule: Full-Time - TOUR MAY BE 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday OR 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Tuesday - Sunday.
